Coach Weston Titus grew up playing sports -- basketball, football and track in high school, and volleyball in college. After college he became an endurance athlete, competing in Ironman Triathlons. More recently he's been involved in competing in and coaching Obstacle Course Racing (OCR).
NOTE: OCR is similar to Spartan or Tough Mudder races.
Trained to Help You Hit Your Next Performance Level
Weston is highly qualified and knowledgeable in cutting-edge applied exercise science, nutrition and human performance. He holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Kinesiology and is completing a Ph.D. in Sports Performance. He is certified in personal training and group-fitness training. Weston is a faculty member in the Department of Health, Kinesiology and Recreation Management at Palomar College in San Marcos, California.
Weston Titus has competed in Iron Man triathlons, Spartan Races and is currently working on his PhD in Sports Performance.

Immediately after signing up, you are taken to your GMAU dashboard. You can stream the workout easily on any device (computer, tablet, phone) - or even cast it to your TV for a big screen experience! Coach Weston will be right there with you, whether you are traveling or at home.
No, this is not one of our traditional GMAU ranking programs, but actually a fitness bootcamp specifically designed to enhance your other styles and training. There are no assignments or tests to complete in this program. However, if you do our Sweatband Challenge - and take a before photo, and then an after photo once you finish, and submit a review - you can earn a special edition Combat Strong black sweatband! Like a black belt - but for your head!
You will do 3 workouts each week - for the 12 week bootcamp. The workouts are pre-recorded. You can do them at whatever time works for you. Maybe you prefer Monday/Wednesday/Friday in the morning; or maybe you need to change it up week by week, it is up to you. As long as you get the three workouts in each week, you will be just fine.
Yes, we encourage you to join. The bootcamp is not extreme/expert level. While at the same time, more seasoned students or fitness buffs will enjoy the variety and challenge of certain workouts. The program is designed in a way that it ramps up week by week, allowing you to re-calibrate and improve your stamina as you go. If you are not in great shape - then, make the firm choice and let's do this!
Yes. Once you purchase Combat Strong, you own it for life. You can come back and re-do the 12 week bootcamp at some point, review the nutrition program, or whatever you'd like to do.
